Superb Philadelphia Card Table

No. KNU15747

Superb Philadelphia card table with serpentine sides and front. The legs are reeded and slender, surmounted with diamond panels to the sides and front. The front of the skirt has inlaid has a central oval inlaid panel. 

Circa:  1805

 

Provenance: 

•  Descended in the family of Lois Ogden and Embree from the Corbit and Ogden families of Philadelphia and Boston.

•  David Stockwell - Wilmington, Delaware

•  Taylor B. Williams - Chicago, Illinois

Purchased from Taylor B. Williams Antiques in 1996
